Canada once again at a fork in the road
Just as Canada made an important decision to strive towards autonomy with her success in Vimy Ridge in World War I, the Second World War forces Canada to become a middle power in order to prevent nuclear annihilation. Before this happened, however, Canada fought alongside her allies against totalitarian dictatorship and for democracy.
