Notes for your notebook. Each student is required to keep neat, legible notes based on the readings from the text. Headings should be underlined. Key words should be underlined. Notes can be in point form. Keep a list of relevant terms to help your study and review. Each note page should be dated and put in sequential order. Notes can also be kept on a computer. Homework is essential for study and review. Homework must be noted in the school agenda or if you wish a electronic device. All homework is due on the due date. 10 % off for the first day the assignment is late, 20% the second day; 50% after that. Medical exceptions only if accompanied by a doctor's note. Students who miss work due to early vacation must make arrangements for make-up.Quizzes and Chapter tests will be held regularly or as pop quiz. Be prepared and be on time or you will have less time for the test.Unit tests will be comprehensive and cover unit material in both objective and written form.Project work is team work and must be done in groups. The purpose is to foster group cooperation and group planning with a common end in mind. Each group member must participate and be present on presentation day. Timely completion is expected.
